Administrators can continue selecting and managing Opportunity Stages from the same Package Setup screen, while now being able to save a larger number of configured stages.
Improved Erased Visit Synchronization to Salesforce
What changed:
- The Nexus-to-Salesforce synchronization process has been updated for visits with a status of Erased.
- When an erased visit is received, the package now proceeds directly with the deletion process instead of performing an upsert before deletion.
- If the corresponding Salesforce Visit/Event record exists, it will be deleted as expected.
- If the corresponding record has already been removed, the synchronization will no longer recreate the Visit/Event record before attempting deletion.
- This prevents unnecessary Salesforce Event creation during deletion synchronization and avoids unintentionally triggering Salesforce automations or notifications associated with Event creation.
- Existing synchronization behavior for active and non-erased visits remains unchanged.
