What:
- In this new version 6.8, we have added 12 new fields for Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities on the Salesforce to Nexus Field Mapping screen, so that when sales users initiate a visit request, these new field values can also be populated in the Engagement Hub.
- Additionally, when data flows from the Engagement Hub back into Salesforce Engagements, whenever users add Visit Account, Visit Opportunity, or External Attendees in an Engagement. along with the existing fields newly added fields data will also flows from Salesforce to Engagement Hub.
- This new package also introduces a "No Mapping" option in the dropdown for Account AddressLine1 in the Salesforce to Nexus Field Mapping screen.
