Key Enhancements:Pre-visit value on Visit Opportunity will freeze on Visit date & EBC Total Impact Revenue Reporting Corrections

What changed:

  • Pre-Visit value on the Visit Opportunity is now captured and frozen on Visit date.
  • Once captured, the Pre-Visit value will no longer update when the Opportunity Amount changes after the visit.
  • Impact Reports have been updated to include all eligible opportunities associated with completed visits, rather than being limited to Closed Won opportunities only.

Where:

  • EBC Total Revenue Impact report calculations now use a true historical snapshot of the Opportunity value at the time of the visit, resulting in more accurate impact calculation.
  • EBC Total Revenue Impact report now lists all the Visit Opportunities which are not closed lost.

What: The new Automatic Opportunity Attribution feature monitors Accounts that have recently completed engagements and tracks them throughout the configured Opportunity Attribution Window (defined in days). If a new Opportunity is created for that Account within the attribution window following an engagement, the Opportunity is automatically attributed to the applicable engagement.

New Report - Engagement-Generated Pipeline

What: A new report named “Engagement-Generated Pipeline,” has been added. This report lists all Visit Opportunities that were created through automatic attribution feature. It includes a filter to display only those records where the Attribution Status is set to “Auto-Attributed.”

Where: Reports → Nexus Enablement Hub App Reports → Engagement-Generated Pipeline

Dashboard - Sales Impact Dashboard - V2

What: Sales Impact Dashboard – V2 is now the latest and recommended version. A new widget, “Engagement-Generated Pipeline” has been added. This widget displays the total value of opportunity amount automatically attributed to visits.

Existing Subscriber Action Required:

EBC Total Revenue Impact Report

The legacy EBC Total Revenue Impact Report has been deprecated and is no longer the recommended report for impact analysis. Please use EBC Total Revenue Impact – V2, which includes the latest enhancements and reporting logic.

To avoid confusion and ensure users are referencing the correct report, subscribers are encouraged to remove the legacy report from their org.

Sales Impact Dashboard

The legacy Sales Impact Dashboard has been deprecated and replaced by Sales Impact Dashboard – V2, which reflects the latest impact reporting enhancements.

To avoid confusion and ensure consistent reporting, subscribers are encouraged to remove the legacy dashboard and use Sales Impact Dashboard – V2 going forward.
