How do I contact Nexus Support?

Email support@nexuscenter.io with a short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.

What information should I include?

Include as much of the following as you have:

  • Which hub: Engagement Hub, Sales Enablement Hub, or Experience Hub
  • The record involved: Visit ID, Request ID, speaker name, room name, or template name
  • What you did: the steps you took, in order
  • What you expected, and what happened instead
  • Screenshots of the screen and any error or warning message
  • When it happened: date, time, and your time zone
  • Your role: for example, Admin, Briefing Manager, or Requester
  • Your browser, if something isn't displaying correctly

What should I check before contacting support?

Many issues come from settings or permissions. Before emailing, check that:

  • You're signed in with the role you expect.
  • The feature is turned on for your site or Visit Type. Each article's Before you start section says whether an admin needs to enable it.
  • Refreshing the page doesn't fix the issue.
