The Check Availability screen (Calendars -\> Availability) allows you to quickly see if the center has the capacity to support a specific visit. You will be asked to describe the location of the proposed visit, the type of visit, the estimated attendees, and the date and time. The system will then show you a calendar of available dates. Green days meet all of the parameters define in your request. 2.
