[Visit Management](https://nexusengage.com/help/engagement-hub#visit-management) # Change Rooms | Times A user can edit rooms directly from the Visit Details Tab. ![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/helpscout.net/docs/assets/611aa3c462402b7b1189c148/images/68996f4687f239154390b141/file-gainLt3jUX.png) 1. **Change Date and or Time** - Click the pencil on Date/Time selector 2. **Change Room Assignment** - Click on the pencil by the Room Assignment 3. **Rooms Shown** - By default, only the rooms currently assigned to the visit are shown. If you're looking to move this visit to a new room, or to add another room to this visit, choose either 'Visit Type Rooms' or 'All Rooms' to see other rooms in the center. 4. **+ Room Button** - Manually add a room to this visit. 5. **Room Name** - The room name of the current assignment. 6. **Room Assignment** - The block of time allocated to this room for this visit. #### Visual Editor - Moving a Room Assignment To change the starting time of a room assignment, position your mouse cursor over the assignment block and drag it up or down within the room to a new starting time. ![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/helpscout.net/docs/assets/611aa3c462402b7b1189c148/images/65f976f7c68a4c3aac8887e2/file-39kACDzVY9.png) **TIP:** You can also move a room assignment to a ***different room***. Use the drop down at the top of the screen and change 'Assigned Rooms' to 'Visit Type Rooms' or 'All Rooms'. #### Visual Editor - Changing Length of a Room Assignment Position your mouse cursor at the very bottom of a room assignment. The mouse cursor will change to an up and down arrow. ![](https://s3.amazonaws.com/helpscout.net/docs/assets/611aa3c462402b7b1189c148/images/6230bbe52ce7ed0fb09159ac/file-tXCfkltOin.png) Drag the bottom of the room assignment to change the length. #### Visual Editor - Adding a Room Assignment Position your mouse cursor in the room and time you would like to add to this visit.
